- Set up Japan sales office

- Upgraded Japan branch ranking from bottom to top in Asia Pacific region within two years

Major Projects Undertaken
- Developed sales training program and conducted ongoing sales training for Japan sales force
- Took over distributors’ accounts converting them into direct sales accounts, which took three years to complete the process for all three distributors in Japan

- Took the business unit out from under a sister company to form a new Japanese corporation.
